I met him through networking & since I hadn’t had my hearing checked in literally decades, I visited his office. He was exceptionally thorough and even though he is exceptionally intelligent, relates to his patients in a relaxed manner, acting as an educator to make certain you understand precisely his evaluation and how he can help you achieve desired results. It’s well worth visiting simply for the learning experience, but more importantly to achieve your optimum hearing from a renowned expert.

Had a good experience. I had custom in ear monitors made. I am still using them with great satisfaction. The only negative experience I had was 4 or 5 trips to the office for fittings, and some trouble with how the sound was traveling in my ear. They worked with me and ultimately made it right. Overall good experience.

My mom has worn hearing aids for years, but hasn’t had a lot of luck with them. they are little computers, so repairs and updates are often needed. That’s why we like Hearing Solution centers. They offer a three year warranty on their hearing aids. Other places offer limited warranties or only one year warranties. After that, they want us to pay up to 300 dollars a piece for every single repair. I know at Hearing Solution Centers, they will cover my mom’s hearing aids, no matter what happens to it. They’re very nice and knowledgeable as well. Usually, they’re able to fix her hearing aids in a matter of minutes and don’t even need to mail it out to the manufacturer. The staff is very friendly as well, and they know us by name as soon as we walk in the door. I would recommend this office to anyone who is looking for quality hearing aids with great service. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

My dad went to Hearing Solution Centers for his hearing to be tested by Dr. Young. Dad’s been a hunter all his life plus he was in the Army where damage to his hearing occurred even further. The staff helped him choose the best hearing aid for his lifestyle as well as his budget. There were even financing plans available to him if he needed it. All the staff have been extremely helpful to answer his questions and do adjustments to his hearing aids as he needs them. He received 3 years of free batteries, 3 years insurance for loss and damage to the hearing aids, and 3 years warranty – this is much better than most other audiologists can even offer in town. He keeps handing out Dr. Young’s card to his friends that have hearing loss and telling them to go to Hearing Solution Centers!

This place is amazing! My family came into town for a funeral and my mom s hearing aids died on her. We didn t know what to do. We drove by hearing solution Centers and thought What the heck, it s worth a shot. Dr. Young and Dr. Simeo got my mom in immediately and found a solution that was just right for her. They also spent extra time with her to make sure that the hearing aids were fit well because we were in a time crunch. Not only is my mom hearing much better than she has in a long time, she was thrilled to find a place where her needs come first. I would be happy to recommend this office to anyone who wants to have a good experience with their hearing aids!

I love HSC. It was a bummer learning that I needed hearing aides at such an early age. But it was HSC that helped me understand they could help me hear better and they did it in a caring way. They always get me in the same day I call. I would recommend them to everybody.

I heard about Hearing Solution Center from the guys at Drum World a couple of years ago. I purchased an in ear monitoring system and like it so well I talked my band mates in WALRUS (Neosho, MO) to try them recently. They met with us and helped us find the right system for each of us on an individual basis. We recommend all musicians give the in ear monitoring system a try and highly recommend the gang at Hearing Solution Center in Tulsa.
