I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. In 2024, I knew my hearing was bad in 1 ear. They recommended I get a hearing aid and it was life changing. I could hear again! In 2026, I knew my other ear was bad, so I went back to Hearing Solutions. I’m looking forward to getting another hearing aid. I would give Hearing Solutions more stars if I could. They are great to work with!

Great staff! I came in for an ear cleaning that I didn’t ended up needing. The doctor did a few tests and gave some great advice on next steps if my hearing changes. All free, they even sent me home with a goody bag of snacks. Would recommend them if you have not had your ears checked in a long time!

In every visit or appointment, I’ve been treated so well and so kindly that I wouldn’t dream of using someone else. I was having issues with one of my hearing aids. They got me in at my convenience. The receptionist was very helpful. When they got back to the back my Dr. was very helpful in explaining the issues with the hearing aid. It had to be sent back. I got a new charger cord and a loaner charger. I will recommend the company to others.

This is the best ear irrigation appointment I’ve had, Dr. Young was amazing! The process was so much more comfortable with that machine than what I’ve had before. I will definitely book an appointment here again if I need it.

My husband’s left ear was completely blocked for over a year. Our PCP could not get it out. Then about a week ago his right ear became blocked and he couldn’t hear anything. Somebody at his work recommended this place and said it would be $80 and they would be able to get it out. She was sure. Well by the time we paid a PCP and then a specialist our co-pays it would have been that much so I made an appointment for him that same day. Went in and they cleared both his ears completely in less than 10 minutes. The ear that had been blocked for a year had a piece of wax in there as big as a Bumblebee. They were super nice and did a fantastic job. Something I didn’t think anybody would be able to do!! No pain…only being able to hear again!! Would give a recommendation for them for sure!!

Pleased to say the Hearing Solution Centers in Tulsa was a great spot. I booked an appointment for a simple wax cleaning (which I need every 6 months or so) a few days out and the office was so accommodating. Excellent communication from the Receptionist to the Doctors. Since I was overseas when booking, the ease of texting the Reception was extremely helpful. I showed up about 40 minutes early since I was an out-of-towner, and Dr. Furno (Furneau?) was super cool and I was there for all of 5 minutes…but exchanged some kind words after. Excellent people, great experience, and I recommend for anyone.

Everything was fine until I had to send my hearing aids in for repair. I suffered without them. Then when they called to say they’re ready they had to make an appointment for me to come in. I get that but I’m five mins away. Why couldn’t I just pick them up? Waiting another day was emotional for me. I’ll not do without both of them again.
