Here is an interesting discussion created by an Audiologist who I have personally known for quite sometime. Hearing Aids only on the surface seem to be too expensive when you consider the costs but when you see all that you pay for when it comes to laptops, it really isn’t that much.
I had nearly this same discussion regarding In Ear Monitors with a musician who spends quite a bit for earphone types but didn’t want to get a custom build In Ear Monitor from us at the time. He changed his tune pretty quicly (sorry for the pun!).
